It is considered a type of Hatha Yoga, and is characterized by making smooth transitions between asanas (postures with the body). In this physical style of Yoga breathing is used to coordinate movements, deepening the connection between body and mind and adding a cardiovascular component that is not always present in other styles of Yoga.
This class can be performed by anyone, preferably over 16 years old and it is not necessary to have experience in Yoga or other discipline.
