Meditation

It is one of the eight steps that make up the path of Yoga. In these classes, guided meditation sessions are held that seek to raise awareness, so that we can learn to manage our emotions, thoughts and stress.

This class can be performed by anyone, preferably over 16 years old and it is not necessary to have experience in Yoga or other discipline.
