Hatha Yoga

It’s a physical style of Yoga. In these classes mudras (postures with hands), mantras (songs), asanas (postures with the body) and pranayama sessions (breathing) are performed to achieve the balance between the body and the mind. We seek to gain tone and muscle elasticity while calming and controlling our thoughts.

This class can be performed by anyone, preferably over 16 years old and it is not necessary to have experience in Yoga or other discipline.
